AX9

Wired into the vehicle

A compact unit for cars and vans where the CAN reading of the AK range is not needed.

ATrack devices are common where the vehicle's own data matters - fuel, mileage and fault codes read from OBD or CAN rather than guessed from movement. Popular with integrators for their stable firmware.

Questions

Does Aero Global Limited support the AX9?
Yes. The AX9 is part of the ATrack family and speaks the atrack protocol, which the platform accepts on port 5044 at device.gpsaero.com.
How do I connect a AX9?
Add the tracker in the panel with its IMEI, then set the server address and port 5044 on the device. It appears on the map at its next report - nothing else inside the tracker is changed.
Can I move a AX9 from another platform?
Yes. Only the server address changes; the SIM, the IMEI and the wiring stay exactly as they are, so no vehicle has to be visited.

Try it with your AX9

Point one device at the server and watch it on the map before you move anything else.
