Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the GPSAero website, the mobile app or the tracking platform. If you use it on behalf of a company, you are agreeing on that company's behalf.

What the service is
GPSAero shows a business where its own vehicles are, keeps their history, raises alerts and produces reports. It works with GPS trackers fitted to those vehicles. It is sold per vehicle, either directly or through a reseller who puts their own name on it.
Accounts
- Accounts are opened by a company, or by the reseller that sells to it. Individual logins are created inside that account by whoever runs it.
- You are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
- You must give accurate details, and keep them up to date.
- We may suspend a login or an account that is being used to break these terms or the law, and we will say why.
Tracking people
A tracker on a vehicle records where that vehicle goes, and often that means where a person goes. Whoever opens the account is responsible for doing this lawfully: telling drivers that the vehicle is tracked, having a reason to track it, and following the employment and privacy rules that apply where they operate.
We provide the tool. We do not decide which vehicles a company tracks, or why, and we cannot give legal advice about it.
Stopping an engine
Some trackers can cut a vehicle’s engine or fuel supply, and the platform can send that command. This is the one thing here that acts on a vehicle in the real world, so it is worth being blunt about it:
- The platform refuses to send an engine stop to a vehicle moving faster than the limit set on the account. That is a safety measure, not a guarantee.
- Every engine stop and resume is recorded with the name of the person who sent it.
- You decide when to use it, and you are responsible for the consequences. Never use it on a vehicle in traffic, on a motorway, or anywhere stopping would put someone in danger.
- Whether the command arrives, and how the vehicle behaves, depends on the tracker, how it was fitted and the mobile network. We cannot promise it will work at a given moment.
What it costs
- Prices are per vehicle, for the period shown on your package. Tax is added where it applies.
- Invoices are issued in advance for the coming period. A vehicle whose period has ended stops reporting until it is renewed.
- An invoice is marked paid only once the payment provider confirms it to us.
- Payments already made are not refunded for a period that has started, unless the law where you are says otherwise.
- If you buy through a reseller, your agreement on price and payment is with them.
Using it properly
You agree not to:
- track a vehicle or a person you have no right to track;
- try to reach data belonging to another company on the platform;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service, or work around its limits;
- resell access unless you have a reseller account with us;
- use it to break the law, or to harm or harass anyone.
What we can and cannot promise
We work to keep the platform running and to keep your data safe. We cannot promise that it will never be unavailable, because it depends on things outside our control — mobile networks, the tracker hardware, satellite reception, power, and the companies that carry our traffic.
Position data is only as good as the device that reports it. Gaps, delays and wrong readings happen: a tracker loses signal in a basement, in a tunnel, or when its own power fails. Do not rely on GPSAero alone where a wrong or missing position would cause real harm.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect loss, and what we owe for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before it.
Your data
What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy. The data a company puts into the platform stays that company’s own; we use it to run the service for them and for nothing else.
Ending it
- You may stop using the service at any time. Tell us, or tell your reseller, so the account is not invoiced again.
- We may end an account that goes unpaid, or that is used to break these terms.
- When an account closes, its data is handled as described on the account deletion page.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh deal with any dispute about them.
