GV55
Wired into the vehicle
A compact wired unit for cars, with an internal backup battery that keeps reporting if the main power is cut.
Queclink speaks a readable text protocol, so what a device reports can be checked line by line - one reason integrators like it. The GV range is wired for vehicles, the GL range is battery powered for assets and people.

Questions
- Does Aero Global Limited support the GV55?
- Yes. The GV55 is part of the Queclink family and speaks the gl200 protocol, which the platform accepts on port 5004 at device.gpsaero.com.
- How do I connect a GV55?
- Add the tracker in the panel with its IMEI, then set the server address and port 5004 on the device. It appears on the map at its next report - nothing else inside the tracker is changed.
- Can I move a GV55 from another platform?
- Yes. Only the server address changes; the SIM, the IMEI and the wiring stay exactly as they are, so no vehicle has to be visited.
