Teltonika GPS tracking software
Lithuanian trackers used worldwide in fleets, from the plug-in FMB003 to the wired FMC130.
Teltonika sends data in its own binary protocol over TCP, with the records buffered on the device when the network drops and sent again later, so a van in a basement car park does not leave a hole in its history. The FMB series covers most cars and vans; the FMC series adds 4G; the TMT250 is a battery tracker for trailers and containers.
Connect a Teltonika tracker
- Server
- device.gpsaero.com
- Port
- 5027
- Protocol
- teltonika (TCP)
Usual configuration by SMS on the FMB/FMC series (check your firmware):
setparam 2004:device.gpsaero.com;2005:5027
Add the tracker in the panel with its IMEI, set the address above on the device, and it appears on the map at its next report. Nothing else inside the tracker is changed, so it keeps doing whatever it did before.
Models in this family
Another model from the same maker will almost always speak the same protocol and connect the same way. If yours is not listed, ask us and we will check it.
Questions
- Does Aero Global Limited support Teltonika?
- Yes. Teltonika trackers (FMB920, FMB003, FMB130, FMC130 and others in the family) connect using the teltonika protocol and are supported today.
- Which port does a Teltonika tracker use?
- Port 5027 over TCP, at device.gpsaero.com. Set that address and port on the tracker and it will appear on the map as soon as it reports.
- Can I keep my Teltonika trackers if I change platform?
- Yes. Nothing is changed inside the tracker except the server address it reports to, so the same hardware keeps working and no vehicle has to be visited.
Try it with your own Teltonika
Point one tracker at the server and watch it on the map before you move the rest. Nothing is changed on the vehicle.
